Makes 2½ cups
INGREDIENTS
1 medium mango, peeled, chopped, and frozen, or 1 cup frozen mango cubes
1 cup cucumber, peeled, and chopped
2 tablespoon Maca Powder
½ cup 100% pure organic apple juice
½ packed cup fresh baby spinach (about 1 handful)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice to taste
In a blender, purée all the ingredients until very smooth. Drink immediately.
